		<description>I like this, Brock!  For me, energy can make all the difference.  Mutliple times a week, unfortunately, I turn away well-qualified candidates for positions because, well, they obviously don&#039;t want it enough to &#039;fight&#039; for it a little.

It&#039;s the sparkle in the eye--the smile--the way they go through an interview genuinely enjoying the experience.  That&#039;s how you get a recruiter&#039;s attention!

I alluded to &lt;a href=&#039;http://www.utahtechjobs.com/index.php/2005/11/15/energy-excitement-like-this-guy/&#039; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;this kind of energy&lt;/a&gt; in a blog posting back in November.

I can&#039;t tell you how absolutely crucial E N E R G Y is, in my opinion, to finding success in whatever you do.</description>
